Day 2 |
Windhoek – Namib Naukluft National ParkSafaris starts at the Hosea Kutako International Airport where your English / French speaking guide will meet you. [Camping | L D] |

Day 3 |
Namib Naukluft National Park campingAfter an early breakfast we depart for a walk in the Naukluft Mountains which rises impressively from the desert sea around it. The area is extremely beautiful and perfect for hiking. Occasional heavy rainstorms feed a network of natural springs and streams which we will explore as well as wonderful rock pools which are found in the area. [Sesriem campsite | BLD] |

Day 4 |
Sesriem – SossusvleiWe wake up early to some tea, coffee and biscuits before departing towards an area which boasts some of the highest and most spectacular dunes in the world. We enjoy breakfast on a dune with wonderful views over the red sand vista. [Sesriem campsite or similar | BLD] |

Day 5 |
Sesriem – SwakopmundToday we depart for Swakopmund, one of Namibia's charismatic coastal towns. We stop over at Solitaire, famous for its German cake apple tart. We continue our journey, passing over the Tropic of Capricorn and across the Kuiseb canyon, an important landmark which prevents the progression of the dunes towards the north. Day 6 |
SwakopmundAfter breakfast, we will depart on a boat cruise which includes a wonderful brunch (no lunch). Enjoy a variety of seafood, soft drinks and sparkling wine. You will have the opportunity to spot some of the Atlantic Ocean marine life including dolphins, seals, flamingos, pelicans and, if you are lucky, whales. In the afternoon, you are free to try out some of the many activities Swakopmund has to offer (own account). These include:

Day 7 |
Swakopmund – SpitzkoppeWe travel north along the beautiful Namibian coastline towards the Cape Cross, home to one of the largest breeding colonies of Cape Fur Seals on the planet, with up to 210 000 seals present during November, December. [Campsite (semi-Bivouac) | BLD] |

Day 8 |
Spitzkoppe – TwyfelfonteinWe leave for the Brandberg, the highest mountain in Namibia at 2573 metres above sea level.
We will stop here and walk up to see the famous White Lady painting, part of a group of several paintings found in a cave including other human figures and oryxes. The White Lady is the most detailed and measures about 29.5 x 29cm. There has been a lot of conjecture about her role and the interpretation/meaning of the scene itself. [Aba Huab campsite | BLD] |

Day 9 |
TwyfelfonteinAfter breakfast we visit the celebrated rock engravings of Twyfelfontein. [Aba Huab campsite | BDL] |

Day 10 |
Twyfelfontein – Etosha National ParkToday we drive through the spectacular Damaraland landscapes towards the Etosha National Park, passing through Khorixas (khori means mustard tree), former capital of the Kunene region.

Day 11 |
Etosha National Park SafarisToday will be a full day of game viewing safaris allowing plenty of opportunities for good sightings and spectacular photographs of the African wildlife. [Namutoni campsite | BLD] |

Day 12 |
Etosha National ParkWe have breakfast and depart early (the best time for seeing animals) for another game drive in the park. We stop at the various waterholes along the way.

Day 13 |
Etosha National Park – WindhoekWe start our journey back to Windhoek. If time allows we will stop by the crocodile farm in Otjiwarongo. [Avani Hotel or similar | B] |
